QMS Officer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time QMS Officer to join our team at PT Interpak Industries Batam in Batam Kota, Riau Islands. As the QMS Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company’s quality management system to ensure we consistently meet industry standards and customer requirements.

• Developing, implementing and monitoring quality control procedures and processes.
• Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement in our quality management system.
• Liaising with departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintaining quality documentation, including policies, procedures and records.
• Providing training and guidance to employees on quality management best practices.
• Staying up‑to‑date with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management or quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
