Future Role

The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the organization meets quality standards by managing the Quality Management System, conducting internal audits, supporting ISO 9001 compliance, and driving continuous process improvement through collaboration and corrective action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit & Compliance:
    Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and quality standards.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare audit reports, present findings to management, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify improvement opportunities and support teams in implementing action plans.
  • Quality Control:
    Monitor production processes, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness through re-audits.
  • QMS Documentation:
    Maintain and control QMS documents to ensure accuracy, version control, and ISO compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Apply quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA) to strengthen audit and QMS effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    Work with QA leadership and cross‑functional teams, providing guidance and training on quality requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, welding, metallurgy, or related engineering field.
  • ISO 9001/QMS Internal Auditor Certification required;
    Lead Auditor preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality auditing or document control in manufacturing/metal fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ISO 17021.
  • Skilled in audits, corrective actions, document control, and quality improvement tools.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, proactive, and team‑focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for process improvement and detail‑oriented, independent, proactive, and able to work well within teams.
