The QMS Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22301, IATF 16949, and other relevant regulations. This role ensures that company processes meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements to support product quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
- Prepare and control QMS documents (manuals, procedures, records).
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality data and support continuous improvement.
- Provide QMS training to employees.
- Work with other departments to ensure effective QMS implementation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / ISO 22301 / IATF 16949.
- Experience with QMS documentation and audits.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Familiar with CAPA and root cause analysis.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
