Quality Management Specialist; Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities

• Raise Purchase Request (PR) for certification fee
• Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
• Ensure documents are properly categorized, filed, and archived
• Maintain document control registers and logs
• Control the issuance, revision, and distribution of documents
• Review and ensure all documents meet compliance requirements and standards
• Track document revisions and maintain version control
• Coordinate with departments to collect and update documents
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Perform regular audits of document control processes
• Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documentation
• Support project teams with document management requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 22301 requirements
• Proven experience conducting internal audits, supporting external audits, and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), experience with customer audits and supplier quality management
• Proficient in Google Sheet, Google Docs, and Google Slide
• Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to the industry
• Experience in training employees on QMS procedures
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
