Quality Assurance Senior​/Engineer

Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position

• Education Minimum D-3 in Technical/Engineering oriented.
• Experience/Have background in the same/relevant field.
• Understood & Familiar with Quality Analysy Methods, QMS, ISO 9001, 13485 / GMP standards, NPI Process and also preferred in QC Seven Tools & Core Tools.
• Preferably experience in Injection Moulding, manufacturing and multinational company.
• English Fluently & Computer literate.

• Review, Prepare, Follow up until Reporting to Customer
• Customer Specific Requirement for New Project & First Article Inspection.
• Quality Control/Inspection Plan, PPAP , Customer Requirement & CTQ based on intended used of product knowledge.
• Write Up & Update Standard Operating Procedures and QC Inspection Procedure, Determine & Provide Statistical process control.
• Liase with PPIC if there are goods replacement needed to Customer.
• Conduct training for those related with customer specific requirement.
• Lead & Ensure In Process and Outgoing Inpector.
• Investigation, evaluation for failure analysis, corrective and preventive action of Customer complaint.
• Monitor & discuss internally for non conformance found in Production line, In Process QC, Issue outgoing, follow implementation actions internally.
