Quality Engineer

Responsible for supporting quality engineering activities, project management, quality improvement, and customer requirements to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct project management activities for project transfer and/or new product introduction (NPI)
• Create and review PPAP documents
• Train inspectors and operators on quality-related topics
• Conduct internal and/or external audits in accordance with applicable ISO standards and customer requirements
• Manage the procurement of testing tools, measuring equipment, and other items required for quality control
• Prepare corrective action reports using the 8D methodology for internal quality issues and customer complaints
• Work with internal teams to continuously improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor the KPIs of the Quality Assurance department
• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy workplace (7S)

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or an equivalent discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer
• Good command of English
• Candidates holding IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or IPC-J-STD-0 certifications will be given preference
• or have lean six sigma green belt certificate
