Biz Link Group is seeking a Quality Engineer in Batam to support quality engineering activities, NPI transfers, and customer requirements. You will manage PPAP documents, train staff, and drive continuous quality improvements.
The role requires 4+ years of QA experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and strong English. IPC certifications or Lean Six Sigma are preferred to strengthen process capabilities.
