- Berpengalaman bekerja di perusahaan manufaktur; pengalaman di industri wire harness menjadi nilai tambah.
- Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja sesuai dengan standar kualitas.
- Mampu melakukan inspeksi visual serta mengidentifikasi cacat (defect) produk sesuai standar.
- Siap bekerja dengan target produksi dan mengikuti Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP).
- Memiliki sertifikasi IPC (seperti IPC-A-610 atau IPC/WHMA-A-620) dan/atau sertifikasi inspeksi kualitas lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris (minimal dasar) menjadi nilai tambah.
Kelengkapan Dokumen (1 rangkap file)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) yang jelas dan mudah dibaca.
- Sertifikat IPC, pelatihan inspeksi visual, quality inspection, atau sertifikasi teknis lain yang relevan (jika ada).
- SKCK yang masih berlaku.
- Surat pengalaman kerja dari perusahaan sebelumnya.
