1. Bachelor's degree (full-time) or higher in electronics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, statistics, or related fields;
2. Over 10 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years specializing in quality management;
3. Proficiency in ISO 9001/IATF 16949 quality management systems and VDA 6.3 process audits;
4. Expertise in applying seven key quality improvement methodologies including 8D, PDCA, SPC, and QC; 5. Knowledge of automotive products, consumer electronics, and principles of new product quality control.
6. Proficient in quality management systems, e-cigarette quality standards, mathematical statistics, material and process technologies, industry-specific knowledge, company-specific knowledge, e-cigarette product knowledge, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
7. Proficient in applying seven core methodologies—ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, QC methods; along with tools such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP. Key competencies include: quality system operation assurance, internal/external audit coordination, application of quality management tools, supplier evaluation, project management, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) skills.
Demonstrates strong customer service awareness, communication and coordination skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities, teamwork capabilities, stress resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
8. Possess strong competencies: learning ability, agile thinking, training guidance skills, and mathematical literacy; along with robust proactive communication skills, teamwork abilities, execution capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
