Flex is seeking an Assistant Quality Manager to join our Batam, Indonesia team. You will develop and coordinate product assurance programs to prevent defects in new and existing products, ensuring robust quality across the value chain.
You will lead audits, interface with customers on quality issues, and manage regulatory/compliance audits, while driving continuous improvement with suppliers and internal teams.
