Are you an architect with a passion for sustainability, building performance, and quality assurance? We’re

looking for an experienced professional to lead green building verification, QA/QC reviews, and compliance

assessments for high-performance projects.

In this role, you will ensure that green building strategies are successfully implemented throughout design,

construction, and post-occupancy. You will serve as a technical expert in building performance verification,

ensuring that sustainability targets—from energy efficiency to certification requirements—are met with

precision.

• Conduct QA/QC reviews for design documents and construction submittals
• Verify compliance with green building standards (e.g., LEED, Green Mark, WELL)
• Lead site inspections and commissioning-related verification checks
• Review architectural, MEP, and sustainability documentation for accuracy and performance
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare verification reports, audit findings, and performance summaries
• Monitor project progress to ensure sustainability goals are met from design to handover

• Degree in Architecture, Building Science, or related field
• 2 years of professional experience in architecture, building performance, or green building consulting
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles, building codes, and certification frameworks
• Experience in QA/QC workflows, site supervision, or design verification
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving

• Experience in managing green building certification projects
• Familiarity with lifecycle assessment, embodied carbon, or performance simulation tools

• Play a key role in delivering environmentally responsible, high-performance buildings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary sustainability and design experts
