PT. Surya Teknologi Batam is seeking a QA lead to assist the QA Section Head in guiding quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations. You will ensure customer satisfaction and product quality while driving compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
You will coordinate daily QA operations, manage customer complaints and RMAs, support NPI/ECN/TCN processes, monitor KPIs, and lead cross-functional problem solving with CAPA verification. English proficiency is required.
