Process Quality Engnieer

1、本科（全日制）及以上学历；电子，机械制造、机电一体化，化学，统计学等相关专业
2、制造行业5年以上工作经验，3年以上品质工作经验
3、熟练运用PDCA，SPC，QC七大手法等质量工具，熟悉各类测量仪器的使用
4、负责管辖（新品）项目的品质管控策划(包括首检/巡检/QC检验/商品检/OQC SIP制作、检验实施、人员管理、推进品质改善等）并组织实施，跟进客诉处理与对策，内/外部体系审核&VDA
6.3审核及跟进，控制计划制作，MSA、SPC推行与跟进。
5、熟悉ISO
9001/IATF
16949质量体系，熟悉品质管理体系的运行，熟悉8D知识，VDA
6.3过程审核，VDA
6.5产品审核，能看懂机械图纸
1. Bachelor's degree (full-time) or higher in related fields such as electronics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or statistics; 2. At least 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years specializing in quality management;
3. Proficient in applying seven major quality tools including PDCA, SPC, and QC, and familiar with various measurement instruments;
4. Responsible for planning quality control measures for assigned new product projects (including initial inspection, routine inspections, QC testing, product inspection, OQC/SIP development, inspection implementation, personnel management, and quality improvement initiatives), organizing their execution, handling customer complaints and corresponding responses, conducting internal/external system audits and VDA 6.3 audits, developing control plans, and implementing and monitoring MSA and SPC practices.
5. Proficient in the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 quality management system, including its operational procedures; knowledgeable about 8D methodology, VDA 6.3 process audits, and VDA 6.5 product audits; capable of interpreting mechanical drawings.
