Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SQE/Material Quality
, preferably in EMS/PCBA electronics manufacturing
.
Strong knowledge of SMT, DIP, PCBA assembly, electronic components, and incoming material quality control
.
Proficient in 7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA
.
Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality management systems.
Experienced in supplier quality management, supplier audits, and quality improvement
.
Able to analyze supplier quality issues and drive corrective actions independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
.
Good command of Mandarin or English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in FLEX, Jabil, PEGATRON, or other major EMS companies will be an advantage.
