Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Develop and execute innovative menu concepts that align with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations.
• Provide visionary leadership to the kitchen team, fostering creativity and culinary excellence.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and food cost controls while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Ensure a smooth running of the kitchen department, maintaining safety, hygiene, and compliance with food‑service regulations.
• Proactively address guest feedback and work to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience managing a kitchen team.
• Excellent technical cooking skills and culinary knowledge.
• Creative problem‑solving ability with an eye for detail.
• Passion for creating extraordinary service and experiences.
• Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate with front‑of‑house and management.
• Culinary education and certification or equivalent experience.
