Lead pre-opening preparations for the souvenir and gift shop, including store layout planning and merchandising flow
Source, negotiate with, and manage suppliers in China to produce IP-branded items (mascots, plush toys, and other merchandise) as well as trendy souvenir items for import and resale
Coordinate end-to-end purchasing: supplier sourcing, price negotiation, order placement, and shipment/import coordination
Manage stock takes, inventory control, and reordering to maintain healthy stock levels
Plan and execute store layout and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer experience
Recruit, train, and supervise a small store team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring smooth store operations
Ensure the store is compliant with company policies, safety, and cleanliness standards
