Area Supervisor Security

Supervise and manage daily security operations across assigned sites within the Batam area.

Ensure all security personnel perform their duties in accordance with company SOPs and client requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections, security audits, and operational evaluations.

Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, discipline, and shift schedules.

Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for security personnel.

Ensure compliance with company policies, occupational health & safety regulations, and applicable security standards.

Liaise with clients to address operational issues, maintain service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding recruitment, training, uniforms, equipment, and operational support.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor, Area Supervisor, or similar role in the security services industry.

Preferably holds a valid Gada Utamacertification.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Good knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, incident handling, and emergency response.

Able to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Possess a valid SIM A and/or SIM

C.

Willing to travel frequently within Batam and surrounding areas.

Able to join immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage.
