This role is for a Security Officer/Satpam with drone operation capabilities, positioned in a Data Center operational area. You will conduct security patrols and surveillance using both conventional methods and drone technology, monitoring perimeter areas and operational zones to ensure facility security and safety.
Key responsibilities- Conduct patrol and surveillance activities across the area using conventional methods and drone technology in accordance with SOP
- Monitor perimeter areas and designated checkpoints
- Operate drone according to schedule, operational requirements, and applicable permits
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections of drone condition
- Document monitoring results, findings, and potential security disturbances
- Report findings, anomalies, or potential incidents to supervisors
- Maintain security and confidentiality of photos, videos, and data from drone operations
- Support integrated security system operations, including CCTV and other security systems
- Ensure all drone operational activities comply with company SOP and applicable regulations
- Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent
- Valid Gada Pratama Certificate and active Satpam KTA
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as Security/Satpam
- Capability and experience in operating drone/UAV / have certification Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) active
- Understanding of drone operation and control, pre and post-flight inspection, drone camera usage for monitoring and surveillance
- Understanding and ability to execute drone flight SOP and work safety procedures
- Capability to perform pre-flight checks, monitor battery, and basic drone troubleshooting
- Ability to create and deliver written reports of patrol or drone monitoring results
- Capability to use smartphone, applications, and digital devices effectively
- Good physical and mental condition, disciplined, meticulous, responsible, and able to work in a team
- No involvement in criminal activity and valid SKCK
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, data, documentation, and company operational activities
- Willingness to work in shift system
