Chief Security

This is a Chief Security Officer role responsible for overseeing the security and safety of all areas, assets, employees, and company activities.

Key responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and coordinate the Security team in carrying out security duties

Develop and implement security standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure proper execution

Monitor and evaluate security conditions and potential risks in the work area

Schedule and assign tasks to Security team members

Handle and report security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant parties

Conduct briefings, training, and discipline for Security team members

Prepare periodic security reports for management

About you

Minimum education:

SMA/SMK or equivalent

Experience as Chief Security, Security Supervisor, or Security Coordinator

Strong leadership and communication skills

Firm, disciplined, responsible, and possess high integrity

Able to work in emergency conditions and make quick decisions

Understand security procedures and operational standards

Willing to work shifts if required

Able to operate computers and use data management applications

Can speak English Write and Spoken
