Social Worker

Our client is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join their Community & Social Care team in Batam, Riau Islands
. This vital role focuses on connecting with vulnerable populations, providing essential support services, and fostering community well‑being. You will be instrumental in assessing needs, developing intervention plans, and linking individuals and families with appropriate resources. • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for individuals and families within the community.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and intervention strategies.
• Provide counseling and support services to clients facing social, emotional, or economic challenges.
• Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, and other service providers to facilitate client access to resources.
• Organize and lead community engagement initiatives and workshops.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or community outreach.
• Strong understanding of social welfare systems and community resources in Batam
  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in standard office software and client management systems.
