University Internship - Manufacturing Intern; Digital Transformation

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of digital transformation initiatives in the manufacturing shopfloor.
• Integrate AI/LLM APIs and services into product features where applicable.
• Collaborate with the systems engineering team to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed.
• Optimize front-end code for speed and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Participate in design and code reviews to uphold quality and best practices.
• Manage database operations, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher out of 4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
• Legally able to work in Batam, Riau Islands.
• Able to commit to a 6‑month internship.

Technical Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud (SaaS) Modules (PP, MM) and technical components such as BIP (BI Publisher), FBDI (File-Based Data Import), and ADFdi.
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for creating integrations, managing data transformation, and connecting to REST/SOAP endpoints.
• Expert knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API (RESTful services), and Entity Framework for building middle-tier applications.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database SQL and PL/SQL for developing stored procedures, triggers, and complex queries.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and implementing secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and API Keys.
• Ability to build web apps and services that run on Windows, Linux, and macOS using C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
