Custom Operations Specialist

• Perform day-to-day operations of Customs Operation as per KPI.
• Perform Custom Clearance day-to-day activities in accordance with defined KPI, including preparation of required documents.
• Maintain contact/correspondence with consignee for incomplete/missing documents.
• Responsible for cargo clearance status.
• Coordinate with product operations regarding delivery of goods.
• Inform the customs clearance progress/status, special requirements to consignee if any.
• Inform superior and relevant functional unit continuously and in good terms of occurrences within their area of responsibility.
• Maintain good relationship with customer and vendor.
• Responsible for managing good history of timestamp on Cargowise.
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Has adequate computer literacy and proficiency.
• Has all technical competencies and skills required for the position.
• Clean criminal record and adherence to ethical standards.
