Logistics Specialist

Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or supply chain operations.

Familiarity with international logistics (Incoterms, customs clearance) is preferred.

Proficient in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).

Skilled in using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse management.

Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.

Team player with good time management skills.

Knowledge of shipping documents (B/L, invoice, packing list, CK5, COO, Phytosanitary).

Willing to work overtime or adjust schedule as needed for shipments.

Experience in Indonesian customs clearance procedures and custom system operation (e.g., PIB, PEB) is highly desirable.

Arrange and coordinate domestic and international logistics, including transportation, warehousing, delivery, and tracking.

Ensure proper and timely execution of import/export customs clearance procedures.

Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (B/L), invoice, and packing list.

Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate effectively with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Maintain accurate logistics data in ERP systems and generate logistics reports.

Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align shipping schedules and inventory control.

Optimize logistics costs and improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Understand and comply with relevant import/export regulations in Indonesia and China.

Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline logistics operations.
