• Handle customer inquiries.
• Communicate, Oversee the activities of bookings from customer or networks.
• Coordinate with local agent/ overseas related to export, import and forwarding activities.
• Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on export-import activities to customers.
• Understanding on Customer Expectation and ensure timely deliveries
• Establish and maintain relationship with customers
• Timely updates on shipment status, delays, or changes in delivery schedules are vital to keep the customers informed and prepared.
• Resolves service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of problem, selecting export and import services and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution.
• Ensure and monitor for the file closing after job done.
• Evaluate team performance to ensure that the entire team runs efficiently while providing guidance to make team members more effective.
