- Navigation, watchkeeping and passage planning.
- Maintain charts, publications and vessel records.
- Support towing, mooring, anchoring and manoeuvring.
- Maintain deck, towing and safety equipment.
- Participate in risk assessments, drills and emergencies.
- Manage stores, spares and safety equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company, flag, class and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW and OOW (Deck) qualification.
- Tug, offshore vessel or workboat experience.
- Towing/anchor-handling experience preferred.
- Strong navigation and deck-operation skills.
- Good maintenance and defect-reporting knowledge.
- Good English communication.
- Able to work independently in a small crew.
- Strong safety awareness.
Ideal Candidate:
Hands-on, responsible and proactive, with strong safety standards and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Joining Date:
Position available from the end of September 2026. Exact joining dates will be confirmed during the recruitment process, based on the candidate's availability and the vacancies available for the relevant vessel type.
