Warehouse Supervisor

Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, ensure workflow (inbound, put‑away, picking, packing, outbound) runs smoothly according to SOP.

Ensuring the accuracy of physical stock and system data (WMS), conducting stocktaking, and implementing systems such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out).

Process operational data into reports, monitor the movement of goods, and ensure completeness of documents.

Coordinate with other departments (such as sales, production) to ensure stock availability and delivery efficiency.

Creating a safe and healthy work environment for the entire team.

Train, motivate and develop the skills of warehouse staff.

• Minimum high school/vocational high school education (preferably with a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Management).
• 2–5 years of experience in warehousing.
• Communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Accuracy and administrative skills (Microsoft Excel, WMS).
• Understanding of warehouse and logistics management.
• Prefered fluent in Mandarin & English (vocal and written).
