Job Summary
Oversee 3PL warehouse and transportation operations to ensure accurate, on-time, and cost-efficient delivery while maintaining quality and driving warehouse automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Warehouse Operations- Manage inbound processes: receiving, inspection, documentation, and storage.
- Oversee outbound planning to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Monitor product availability and supervise pick-pack-ship activities.
- Ensure correct loading, complete documentation, and damage-free execution.
- Conduct stock counts and manage discrepancies (damaged/lost/found goods).
- Lead warehouse automation projects, including MCC Automation, HAI Robotics, and SEER AGV.
- Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
- Support Warehouse Automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Supervise daily performance of 3PL in warehousing and transportation.
- Ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience in Store/Material Handling (manufacturing).
- Strong logistics, warehousing, shipping, and distribution expertise with SAP/ERP proficiency.
- Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, DMAIC, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proven leadership (3–5 years), good communication skills, problem-solving, and project/change management.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, import/export processes, and Industry 4.0 automation.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking;
Lean/Six Sigma certifications (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
