Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm
Pay Rate : $19.00 Per Hour
Position SummaryThe Office Warehouse Clerk supports administrative operations, documentation, and company communication. This is a hybrid role between the office and warehouse operations.
Primary Responsibilities- Answer phones, emails, and manages routine communication between clients, sales reps and brokers.
- Shipping FEDEX packages using FEDEX Software.
- Creating Bill Of Ladings for LTL Freight Shipments.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Perform accurate data entry and update records.
- Assist with scheduling and paperwork processing.
- Prepare invoices, reports and forms.
- Provides administrative support to management.
- Protect confidential information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Strong organization and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Previous experience is a plus.
