As a Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids up to 11 years old
• Understand the magic behind Kid Strong's programs and communicate it with flair
• Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills through our training programs
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time
• Keep families engaged and excited about Kid Strong
• Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

• Assist in community events and center initiatives
• Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center

• Passion for Kids:
  Non-negotiable. You must love working with children
• Coaching Background:
  Experience with kids aged up to 11 years old
• Communication Whiz:
  Comfortably speak to parents and guardians
• Energetic & Fun:
  Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class
• Mentorship Magic:
  Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR Certified:
  Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
