American National Insulation is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations in the Batavia, IL area. This role focuses on managing P&L, human resources,
operations
, safety, and driving growth while delivering results.

Job Description

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee a full range of responsibilities including staff management, quality control, sales, billing, inventory, scheduling, and collections. You will also be accountable for safety and compliance, ensuring that operational goals and metrics are met.

Your Responsibilities
  • Model leadership, connect with your team, and multiply talent.
  • Assist operations teams through local leaders to deliver results with low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
  • Full P&L responsibility.
  • Manage processes and compliance across operations, finance, credit & collections, HR, health & safety, procurement and sales & marketing.
  • Achieve operational goals and metrics.
  • Provide on‑the‑job training through self or others.
  • Any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum age 18.
  • Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
  • 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (preferably in construction, installation, or trades).
  • Full P&L experience.
  • Bi­lingual English/Spanish preferred.
This is a Safety Sensitive Position

Travel Requirements:
Regional, less than 50%.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing, repetitive motions, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.

Compensation Range

$75,000.00 – $ will vary based on relevant factors.
