**** Your Responsibilities
** We are looking for a Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! Must have P& L experience managing the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.

* Assist Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
* Operations:
Full P&L responsibility.
* Manage Processes/Compliance:
Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
* Achieve operational goals/metrics.
* Provide on the job training through self or others.
* Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
** Your Qualifications
*** Minimum of 18 years of age.
* If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
* 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
* Full P&L experience.
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
