As a Project Manager at AGCO, you will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.

• Oversee end‑to‑end project management, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious delivery aligned with defined goals.
• Create strategic project plans, define objectives, and implement performance tracking mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external vendors, dealerships, and global partners to ensure alignment and execution.
• Analyze performance data to generate insights, support decision‑making, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and process gaps, implement mitigation strategies, and regularly report on progress and future plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a cross‑functional or global environment.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (SQL, Excel, Access).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

This position will be within the range of $72,000 – $147,381
, based on experience. Eligible for a sales incentive plan and bonus based on 10% of compensation
