General Manager of Domino's Pizza - responsible for all aspects of store operations, including staffing, cost control, cash management, customer service, and overall profitability.

You are born to lead and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As a General Manager at Domino’s Pizza, you will set the example and ensure that every team member meets company standards and delivers excellent service.

• Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Ensure team members understand and execute procedures; conduct coaching and performance reviews.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients and prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.

• Mathematical proficiency: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and use of calculator.
• Accurate handling of cash and making correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal and written communication to process orders and interact with customers.
• Motor coordination and quick, precise hands‑and‑feet movements.
• Computer proficiency for entering orders on keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigation skills: reading maps, locating addresses within delivery area.

Experience leading a food service or retail operation; strong judgment, multitasking capability, and a commitment to company standards.
