Flint Group in Batavia, IL is seeking a Manufacturing / Ink Technician to safely produce high-quality inks. You will perform ink preparation, color matching, batch processing, packaging, and quality inspections while operating equipment to meet customer specifications.
You will follow SOPs, keep accurate documentation, and participate in continuous improvement, Lean and 5S initiatives. This role requires attention to detail, safety, and ability to work overtime as needed to support production
