- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development
- Manage food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Help achieve sales, labor, and food cost goals
- Lead by example during busy lunch and dinner shifts
- Solve problems quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Has restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, or similar)
- Leads with integrity and accountability
- Is passionate about hospitality and serving others
- Builds strong relationships with guests and team members
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Wants to grow their leadership career
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to perform duties in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, food preparation, service line, and front-of-house as business needs require.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, quality, and exceptional guest service.
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and team development
- Food safety certification is a plus
