Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T0839) role rt hourly rate: $16.75 USD per hour. Pay range: $16.75 - $25.15 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs while completing daily tasks.
• Assist guests in a welcoming manner to solve their specific needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities: receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified; support processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash operations as needed
• Climb ladders; move merchandise safely (up to 44 pounds without assistance)
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance
• Work in varying temperatures and environments depending on duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout)
