• All salespersons are 1099 independent contractors. Pay is comprised entirely of commissions with unlimited potential. Earn approximately 40% of the gross profit on each sale.
• Opportunity to work full-time as a primary income source or part-time earning a strong second income. Most salespersons are also firefighters; being a firefighter is not mandatory but provides a helpful knowledge base for the products and services offered.
• Representatives own the sales in their territory. This concept emphasizes territory ownership as sales grow.
