• Generate retail sales by sharing your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to give customers a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales with clear communication to meet customer needs through simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

• Competitive base pay $16.00‑$21.00 per hour plus up to $16,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all sales goals.
• Top performers can earn an extra $14,500+ in commissions, for a total annual earnings potential of $65,000+ to $73,500+.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods.
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment (even better).
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (even better).
• Customer service experience (even better).
