We are now hiring forklift operator who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Job Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Crown Reach Truck Operator for our Batavia facility. The ideal candidate is career-minded, dependable, and ready to grow within the company. This role is essential to our daily warehouse operations and requires a strong sense of urgency and engagement.

• Operate Crown Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
• Support general warehouse operations as needed
• Participate in on-site equipment test (mandatory before hire)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality

• MUST have previous experience operating a Crown Reach Truck
• Must wear composite or steel-toed boots (vest provided)
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must take direction well and respond positively to constructive feedback
• Professional appearance required (no saggy pants or visibly unmotivated demeanor)
