Role Summary

Join First Student as a Part‑time School Bus Driver in Batavia, IL. You will help safely transport students by starting with a before‑school pickup and finishing with an after‑school drop‑off on the same school day.

• A split shift, with early morning before‑school pickup and afternoon drop‑off, leaving free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift of hours per school day; no scheduled night or weekend work unless requested.
• Additional hours can be earned through trips and charter routes when available.

• $25.00–$30.25 per hour starting wage, based on experience.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
• Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) bonuses: $750 if presented within 7 days of completing the virtual CLP class, $250 if presented within 14 days.
• $1,000 referral bonus.
• No experience required—paid CDL training and industry‑leading technology training.
