Relations Manager/Teller (CRM)
As our Customer Relations Manager/Teller, you will play a pivotal role in our community bank, forging trusted relationships and leaving a lasting positive impact on our customers. Your genuine interest in others and persuasive communication style will enable you to provide exceptional service and cater to their financial needs appropriately. In this fast‑paced environment, you'll thrive as you handle a variety of paying and receiving functions while adhering to established guidelines.

- Process customer transactions, reconcile an individual teller drawer and internal vault/ITMs daily
- Troubleshoot with customers while providing excellent customer service
- Learn and operate multiple applications for various products and services offered
- Comply with bank operations and security procedures
- Maintain customer and bank confidentiality
- Congenial and cooperative with an efficient and precise work ethic
- An outgoing, socially poised and motivating team builder
- A persuasive extravert with a high attention to detail
- Ability to count money
- Ability to learn quickly with some training
