Job Description We’re looking for a dependable
** Production Support Laborer
** to support daily production operations by helping maintain workflow efficiency, product quality, and a safe working environment. This hands-on role supports material handling, cleaning operations, and general labor tasks in an industrial production setting while working closely with team members and supervisors.

** What You’ll Do
*** Support daily production activities to help reduce downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
* Pack, sort, and load automotive parts, tooling, and production materials.
* Pressure wash customer parts and equipment according to production standards.
* Stack, unstack, and move materials throughout the work area safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment through routine housekeeping tasks.
* Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.
* Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production delays to supervisors immediately.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations and production goals.
* Operate forklifts and overhead cranes after completing required training and certification.
* Follow directions from supervisors and adapt to changing production needs.
* Support inventory handling and material movement as needed throughout the facility.
* Assist with additional production, cleaning, or labor duties as assigned.
** What You’ll Need
*** High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Basic math skills and attention to detail for material handling and inventory-related tasks.
* Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
* Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks during 8–12 hour shifts.
* Ability to work around industrial equipment, noise, moving machinery, water, cleaning solutions, and varying temperatures.
* Ability to wear required PPE including gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear.
