• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including all required system start‑ups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Manage all cash register activities: complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and modeling best practices.
• Assist with vendor and warehouse ordering processes, including opening back doors for deliveries and reviewing order exceptions.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper pricing and signage on all products.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, exterior and interior maintenance, and compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Communicate assigned tasks to team members when store management is not present and report disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
• Attend training and complete required PPLs as requested by Manager.

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• Disposition to work with arrest and conviction records.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
