Be among the first 25 applicants. The Sally Beauty Advisor role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers who want to help customers through their beauty journey, whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty will provide training to support you as you share your passion and personality with customers.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Support a range of working schedules to suit individual needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

Working Conditions/

Physical Requirements:

The position requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipments or boxes. The role may involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
