• Deliver extraordinary customer service by listening to and understanding individual needs.

• Assist leadership with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; exceptional performance may earn extra bonus payment.
• Participate in community events, promotional activities, or outside sales events as part of the role. Employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events; participation is considered a condition of employment.

• Fluent in two or more languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills; positive attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store location and flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking purposes.
• Stand for long periods to provide excellent customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow instructions to completion.
