As a Connectivity Expert, you will help customers with cellular, broadband, and home entertainment needs.

• Directly assist new and existing customers.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Become a product and solutions expert, able to help all customers with wireless service plans, devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages.
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by sales management.
• Participate as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members.
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
• Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED. (Associate’s degree preferred.)
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Strong communications skills.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
• Team player with a fantastic attitude and a will to win.
• Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.

• Strong base pay with uncapped commissions on every sale.
• Incentives and contests to earn cash and prizes.
• No wireless experience? No problem! Training program available for motivated candidates.
