GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Develops and implements Trainee Employee Assistance Program, which includes assessment, intervention, counseling, relapse prevention and education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
Experience:
One to two years of related experience and/or training.
Days:
Monday – Friday
- Assists in developing center operating procedures for program components related to alcohol and other drug testing and intervention.
- Develops and monitors student intervention plans and documents progress in the students’ health record.
- Conducts ongoing counseling and support groups to include an introduction to the self‑help process for intervention students.
Certification from a state or national credentialing board for drug and/or alcohol counseling.
A valid Driver’s License is required.
Job Type: Full-time
