GE Aerospace MEDP is a 2-year development program in manufacturing focused on building technical and leadership skills. You'll complete two 12‑month assignments to grow in key engineering disciplines and gain exposure to shop floor problem solving and process improvements.
Participants will work with cross‑functional teams, apply GD&T, and use analytical software to drive improvements, with mentorship and growth opportunities within GE Aerospace.
