Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. However our Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. These managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned systems, like training, food safety, inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their crew and fellow managers.

• Dependable – always shows up on time or early for all shifts and comes in when needed to support their team

• Adapts well to change – enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

Prior McDonald's Department Manager Experience is Preferred.
