Job Overview
An exciting opportunity to take on a key administrative leadership role within Adult Therapies. You will be instrumental in enabling high‑quality patient care by ensuring services run efficiently and effectively through strong coordination and team leadership.
Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the administrative team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, driving continuous improvement, and providing comprehensive support across the department. Deliver proactive administrative support to Adult Therapy Services, enabling efficient and responsive service delivery. Share responsibility for the smooth day‑to‑day running of the department.
Person SpecificationEssential criteria
- Evidence of numeracy, literacy and IT skills – minimum 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above.
- Previous administration/secretarial experience at a senior level or in another environment that would readily transfer to a hospital setting.
Desirable criteria
- Other educational or secretarial qualifications.
- Experience of managing other members of staff.
